Tots Program
Tots (Age 3 to 5): Watch your child as they become a big boy or big girl! These “All by Myself” fun and positive gymnastics circuit classes consist of activities that promote coordination, strength, flexibility, and all the fundamentals of gymnastics movement education! The classes are designed for potty trained children 3-5 years old who are confident following directions from a teacher and able to participate in a group environment type of structured class without their parents’ presence. They will be learning how to stay with a group, understand and follow directions while developing independence from their parent. Our lesson plans will build on those concepts while introducing your child to physical activities that will engage their imagination to develop gross motor strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, & flexibility. This is a structured, theme-related class with a warm-up, obstacle course and event rotations, providing fundamental opportunities on the gymnastics events. Carefully designed gymnastics lesson plans incorporate weekly themes, music, rewards and games to provide a safe and exciting progression that will challenge each child to the best of their ability throughout the year.

Focus is now on performing skills with better execution, better form, and better body shaping. The workouts are 20 minutes longer, giving more practice time to increase their skill base.
Advance

This 90-minute class is for those students who have nailed the basics and are ready for more advanced skills, work and expectations. This class will prepare gymnasts for competitive gymnastics if that is the direction they are working towards. With a longer class time than any of our other recreational classes, expect to incorporate more flexibility, strength, & event training.
