Intermediates +
90 minutes long, these classes are designed to continue to build on the foundation that was laid during Beginners classes. While the basics are always reviewed and applied, it is now time to take what they’ve learned and hone those skills, building upon that foundation to develop new and more difficult skills. Focus is now on performing skills with better execution, better form, and better body shaping. The workouts are 30 minutes longer, giving more practice time to increase their skill base.
